New deal lets PCC students skip undergrad, go straight to pharmacy doctoral program

Hey Lancers!

Staff writer Taylor Fitzgerald here to share some of the news coming out of PCC this week. A new deal that allows PCC students to transfer to a pharmacy doctoral program more easily, an opinion piece on Trump’s “Bubba” controversy, as well as Managing Editor Juno Wiseman’s My Territory piece on Sierra Madre and what it means to them. Additionally, a look into PCC’s Cross Country team, and a reflection on the death of main character Bobby Nash’s death in the show “9-1-1".

News

In News, in a collaboration with Keck Graduate Institute, PCC students looking to transfer to a pharmacy doctoral program will be able to do so without a bachelor’s degree. Staff writer Melissa Flim goes into the details of the partnership between the schools.

In the aftermath of the plot twist, fans grappled with their own disbelief that the character was actually dead---bargaining amongst themselves that until they saw the body, the character might still be alive. Unfortunately for them, Bobby Nash’s story had come to a heartbreaking end.
