Hello Lancers! Staff Writer Chris Galicia here to keep you up to date with the latest stories on campus. This week, Pasadena City College plans on submitting a proposal to the chancellor’s office in the fall for a new four-year bachelor’s degree program, an editorial regarding recent deportation of Brown University professor Rasha Alawieh and the arrest and detention of Columbia graduate student Mahmoud Khalil, Octavia E. Butler Magnet Middle School’s annual science fiction festival that brought Mars rovers, droid-building stations, and a charity organization organized by Star Wars cosplay enthusiasts, PCC teases then rips a win away from Mesa in a close volleyball game, and Pasadena gets to use ancient healing techniques to relieve some stress after the Eaton fire.
